WHA has been awarded a Media Plus Development Grant for a Series of films from Northern Tribes. Of particular interest are the Siberian Shamanistic tribes who, from their position within the USSR were cut off from the outside world for many years. Leslie is hoping to work with Estonian animators in carrying out research and developing contacts in this vast area.
