The Arctic Ring.

This animation Series, which has not been made, was developed by WHA with Katariina Lillqvist from Camera Cagliostro, Finland and Kerdi Oengo from Nukufilm, Estonia and presented at the European Cartoon Forum in 2009. Development was funded by Media Plus.
